Welcome to Pawjab. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Pawjab operates an online store offering consumer products, including our Soap Dispensing Brush. Products may be fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, product availability, supplier costs, shipping conditions, and other information may change without notice.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments using supported credit or debit cards. We do not directly store your complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order if we reasonably believe there has been an error in pricing, product availability, payment information, suspected fraud, or misuse of our website. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather events, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

All website content, including the Pawjab name, logos, graphics, photographs, written content, and website design, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where such content belongs to a third-party rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawjab will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer's place of residence.
